Accounts Payable
Navigating the rough terrain of lead files, affiliates and sub-affiliates is a critical success factor, for any modern day marketer.
- Design and maintain orderly A/P process. For example, match warehouse receiving reports, purchase orders, original invoice and specific payment authorization. Research discrepancies and provide solutions.
- Provide client with an organized table of data representing payables that have passed all screening and are now eligible for inclusion in current weekly payables disbursement.
- Ensure proper procedures are in place prior to recording of each payable. For example, for clients that are general contractors with multiple ongoing construction projects, coding the transaction to the correct project, at inception of the payable, will eliminate multiple subsequent reclassification entries.
- Screen to detect duplicate billings, ensure payments are applied to correct invoice and reconcile balances with vendors, as needed.
